ZSR Library is committed to providing all library patrons with access to our collections and resources. Below, please find the services, policies, and procedures we have in place to meet patrons’ accessibility needs.

Physical Materials

We can retrieve physical materials from the stacks for you. Requested materials can be retrieved from the Library Services Desk or the smart lockers located in the Library’s 24/7 Room. Photocopying

Scanning

If you need us to scan book chapter(s) from physical copies, we can do it for you. All requests must comply with copyright law. For questions about this service, please ask us at the Library Services Desk, or contact us via email at askzsr@wfu.edu or phone at 336-758-4931.

Reserves

If you require additional time for using materials on reserve, please let us know so we can extend the due date for you. Many course reserves articles are available electronically through the online catalog. If you need assistance with this service, email the Reserves Staff or call 336-758-4713.

Research Assistance

Help with the various aspects of your research is available. To make sure a research librarian will be available and prepared to assist you, please request a research session in advance. This services is available in person as well as through chat and email.

Building Issues

Service Animals

For the safety and comfort of all who use the facility, only service animals, defined as those that are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities, are allowed in the library building. For more information, please check Wake Forest University’s Service Animal Guidelines.
