Library Room 204
The Z. Smith Reynolds Library Electronic Classroom is located in room 204 , behind the Circulation desk. The classroom is used for computer training, library bibliographic instruction, information literacy (LIB 100 classes), visiting speakers, and limited academic classroom use. Library 204 has the standard WFU classroom control system and projector and a document camera and VCR are also available. The classroom seats 34, with 2 handicap accessible seats. All seats have ethernet data connections and power outlets. If you are a WFU faculty or staff person interested in reserving 204, please contact Caroline Numbers at x6172 or Giz Womack at x4314 for more information. Students can use Library Room 204 for study when the room is not in use.

The ITC Computer Lab is located on Level 2 of the library in Room 254. The Lab has desktop computers and offers faculty staff and students access to e-mail, the Internet, the Wake Forest campus network, and WFU standard load software. The ITC Computer Lab is open the same hours as the ZSR Library unless otherwise noted. Two laser printers are available for fee-based printing in the ITC. The ITC Computer Lab is used primarily as a student lab, but can occasionally be booked for university-sponsored computer training classes. To ask about booking the ITC Computer Lab, contact the ITC Specialist at 758-4314. The lab is booked on a first come first serve basis for Wake Forest groups only.

In the multimedia lab in the ITC there are media viewing stations for students, faculty, or staff to use for watching reserve videos. The stations are equipped for watching VHS, PAL, Laserdiscs or DVD movies. Stations are assigned on a first come first served basis and headphones are available for all machines.

The Information Technology Center has a multimedia lab for WFU faculty, staff, and student use. It is open all the hours of the library during which ITC student assistants are available to offer assistance. ITC staff are also available during regular business hours to offer training on Multimedia equipment.
Copyright Information
Workstation users must comply with all copyright laws concerning scanned or digitized still or motion images. Questions concerning the use of these materials may be directed to the Information Literacy Librarian. For more information on Copyright, visit our Copyright page.
File Storage
Files cannot be stored on our lab machines. Multiple storage options are available including CD and DVD burners and USB and Firewire connections for personal storage devices. Lab users must supply their own storage media. Users are encouraged to bring their own USB storage devices if they have them.

Our multimedia workstations offer users the ability to perform many multimedia tasks:
- Image Scanning
- Slide Scanning
- Text Scanning with OCR Software
- Web design and editing
- Image editing with software ranging from simple (MS Photo Editor) to advanced (Adobe Photoshop)
- Analog to digital video conversion
- VHS to DVD conversion
- Digital video production and editing
- Digital audio production and editing
Video Screening Room
The ITC Screening Room is a small, intimate space for faculty to show movies to students, or for groups of students to meet and watch reserve videos. It seats up to 15 and offers a 46" monitor, VHS, and DVD players and has Surround Sound. It is open to faculty, students and staff of Wake Forest. To reserve the ITC Screening Room, contact the ITC desk at x4649.
