Finding E-Reserves

Transcript

Hello, you're watching "how to find E-Reserve materials," my name is Lauren Pressley and I'll show you how to do it. Right now we are at the Z. Smith Reynolds library homepage, that's zsr.wfu.edu. Across the top of the page you see several tabs, and since we're looking for E-Reserve materials we'll click on the library's catalog. From there you are taken to the basic search tab to find materials in the library at large. What we're looking for specifically are the course reserves so we'll click on that tab. And then you can see that we have the drop down menu where you can look for your professor. So let's say that we're looking for "Dr. Hattery Sociology 310 course." We'll view list, and here are the different materials that are part of the E-Reserves for that course. If we click on this electronic resource, 4801, you'll see that it's an electronic text and here's the materials that are on E-Reserve. If you have a Bloglines account, a Google reader, or some other type of RSS reader, you can click on these tabs and have the link sent directly to you. So that's how you use E-Reserves, if you have any questions you can ask a librarian. Please contact us at zsr.wfu.edu/ask.
