Saving Citations from Academic Search Premier in Zotero

Transcript

This is how to save a journal citation from academic search premiere in Zotero. I'm Giz Womack, and I'll show you how. Begin at the library's homepage, and select the Databases tab. On the databases page, under Quick Picks select Academic Search Premier. I'll do a search on healthcare reform in the United States, and after reviewing my results, I'll select one of the articles. Notice in the URL bar, at the top of the screen, there is and icon to save to Zotero. When you are in a journal article entry, it looks like a sheet of paper icon. Click on the icon and notice in the lower right corner the item is saved to Zotero. To confirm the item is in Zotero and to make any changes, click on the Zotero button on the bottom of the screen. Notice the item appears in the middle of the screen and you can edit the individual fields on the right. This has been how to save a journal citation article from academic search premiere in Zotero.
