Starling Hall
This beautiful brick structure was built in 1956. For years, it served the purpose of being the home of the President of the University. Students even gathered outside Starling Hall to protest the Vietnam War. When the President’s current, off-campus home was donated to the University, Starling Hall housed the Admissions Department. Named for William G. Starling, the Director of Admissions from 1961-2001 this building was the gateway to the future for the thousands of students that passed through its doors.
