Biographical and Historical Note

Wake Forest University's Art Department includes classes on both the practice of art and the study of art history. The department offers both majors and minors in studio art and art history. The department also manages visual resources for students such as The Hanes Gallery, the START Gallery, the Print Collection, the University Art Collections, and the visual Resources Center.
