- Asheville First Baptist Church, originally called Mount Pleasant Baptist Church, was founded in 1829. Materials in this collection include meeting minute books, membership lists, transcripts, and church records.
- Bethany Baptist Church was organized by Elder T. J. Horner, August 6, 1883. This volume contains conference proceedings, listings of male members and female members, and conference proceedings.
- Enon Baptist Church was constituted in 1875 in Granville County, N.C. This collection contains a letter from the church regarding S. A. Stanley's monument and a history of the church.
- Ephesus Baptist Church was constituted in 1857. This collection includes church meeting minutes, church covenants, and church membership lists and related materials.
- Holly Springs Baptist Church was constituted September 28, 1822. It is located in Wake County, N.C. and is a part of the Raleigh Baptist Association. Members from the Holly Springs congregation branched off in 1868 to organize the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Records consist of minutes of church conferences, the 1828 deed to the church property, and a 1922 Centennial Homecoming program.
- Island Creek (Henderson, N.C.) Baptist Church was constituted in 1820. Included in this collection are minute books and membership lists.
- Lisbon Street Baptist Church was constituted in 1870. Included in this collection are church meeting minutes, financial records, clippings, and membership lists.
- Louisburg Baptist Church was founded in 1836 in Louisburg, N.C. (Franklin County). The church is a member of the Tar River Baptist Association. These records consist of minutes of Sunday School meetings and church conferences, church letters, and an undated membership list.
- Mineral Springs Baptist Church was constituted in 1835. Items in this collection include meeting minutes, church proceedings, and membership lists.
- Olive Branch Baptist Church constituted October 30, 1858. This church has been a member of Brown Creek [E] (1858-83) and Union (1884-present) Baptist associations. This collection includes five donation records of the church, including subscription lists for the building of a new meeting house at Olive Branch (1858) and for the starting of a new school (1860) in the meeting house.
- Olive Chapel Baptist Church was founded in Apex, N.C.
- Rocky River Baptist Church was organized in 1776. By 1790, the church was a member of the Sandy Creek Baptist Association. This volume contains church meeting minutes from June 11, 1825 to July 2, 1871 (missing 1851-52), and 1859 membership rolls of males, females, and African Americans.
- Saron Baptist Church was founded in 1826 in Ellerbe, N.C. (Richmond County). The church is a member of the Pee Dee Baptist Association. This collection contains church minute books from September 23, 1826 to May 19, 1860, membership lists, and church records.
- Smithfield First Baptist Church was founded in Smithfield, N.C. (Johnston County). This collection contains minutes of church conferences from November 27, 1904 to June 22, 1919, including membership rolls; association letters; and an occasional treasurer's report.
