- Hayes Barton Baptist Church was established in 1926 as part of the Raleigh Baptist Association. This collection contains a yearbook and church directory with a history sketch of the church (January 1932), as well as church minutes and deacon records. The collection is fully digitized and available through Special Collections and Archives' .
- The Mount Vernon Baptist Church is located 3 miles west of the Neuse River in Wake County, N.C. The church was formally known as Wake Liberty, 1810-1847. The church was constituted August 18, 1810 by Elders John Purefoy and Bartholomew Fuller. This volume contains "Declaration of Faith", name lists of male and female members that were copied down from "the 1833 original book" with notes of dates (the earliest date: 1821), church meeting minutes (1840-1859, 1869), and "Treasurer's Account Book" (1840-1858). It is handwritten in a hardcover notebook. A dismission note on a loose-leaf paper (1870) is also included.
- Raleigh First Baptist Church was founded in Raleigh, N.C., in 1812. Its first pastor was Robert T. Daniel and there were 23 founding members. Materials in this collection include 6 compact discs of digitized church minutes, bulletins, annual reports, pastoral correspondence, newspaper clippings, church histories, and materials pertaining to the Sunday School, Choir, and Women's Missionary Society.
