- The Secrest Artists Series was endowed by Marion Secrest in the 1980s. The Secrest Artists Series brings dozens of world-class performers to Wake Forest University. Secrest's endowment allows for students, faculty, and staff to attend for these events for free while community members can buy tickets that are subsidized by the endowment.
