Biographical and Historical Note
King Baptist Church was constituted Jan. 30, 1898. It became "First Baptist" in 1967. This church has been a member of the Pilot Mountain Baptist Association since 1898.
Collection Overview
Records consist of minutes of church conferences, Mar. 24, 1900, and from July 26, 1926 to May 24, 1998, including membership rolls and supporting documents. These records also contain Deacons' minutes, 1954-64; and other church records, 1952-98.
