West Bend Baptist Church is located in Forsyth County, North Carolina and was constituted on July 22, 1876. The church probably became an independent Baptist church, around 1977. This church has been a member of the Yadkin (1876-1885; 1902-1977) and Pilot Mountain (1885-1902) Baptist associations.
