      <head>Historical Note</head>
      <p>Gardner's Baptist Church, located in Warren County, N.C., is a member of the Cullom Baptist Association.</p>
      <p>It was first an arm of Reedy-Creek and later Farmer's Church until 1844 when it was constituted into a separate Baptist Church by Elder Thomas Willcox and N. M. Havens. The Church received its name from Elder Thomas Gardner who ministered to the people in the community.</p>
