Hudson, New Bern, North Carolina, November 15, 1983.</p> </acqinfo> <scopecontent id="ref4"> <head>Scope and Contents</head> <p>Minutes of church conferences from June 1819 to September 16, 1981, including membership rolls; deacon's records, 1925-1971; other church records, 1870-1983 [broken series]; and records from the Brotherhood, 1960-1964; Sunday School, 1955-1959; and Woman's Missionary Union, 1886-1976. Subjects include membership received from the District of Columbia, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia, Union occupation of New Bern during the Civil War, and foreign missionaries in Japan. Persons represented include Charles C. Clark, Abraham David Cohen, Martin R.
