      <head>Historical Note</head>
      <p>Chinquapin Baptist Church, located in Duplin County, North Carolina, was constituted on March 17, 1860, by members from Island Creek Baptist Church. The church joined the Union Baptist Association that became Eastern Baptist Association in 1865. They were not listed in Eastern after 1877.</p>
