George Washington Paschal, Jr., was born in 1909 and graduated from Wake Forest College in 1927. He was a medical doctor and surgeon who became a benefactor of Wake Forest College, later University, and served on the Board of Trustees. Biographical and Historical Note

George Washington Paschal, Junior, was born in 1909. He received a B.A. and two B.S. degrees from Wake Forest, in 1927, 1928, and 1929, and his MD in 1931; at Wake Forest, he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor fraternity. Paschal also received an honorary Doctor of Science degree in 1962. After serving in World War II, he became a surgeon in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was a benefactor of Wake Forest College and University and served on its Board of Trustees.
