Biographical and Historical Note
West Bend Baptist Church was constituted July 22, 1876. The church became an independent Baptist church, circa 1977. This church has been a member of the Yadkin (1876-85; 1902-77) and Pilot Mountain (1885-1902) Baptist associations.

This volume contains handwritten church membership lists (1888-1937), Articles of Faith, Church Covenant, and church meeting minutes (1876-1955).
