This volume contains membership rolls (1866, undated), meeting minutes of Union Baptist Church (1866-1868, 1878-1880, 1883, 1885) and activity records of Union Baptist Church (1871, 1882), meeting minutes of New Salem Baptist Church (1884, 1885-1890), and a financial record (undated). It is handwritten in a hardcover notebook which has rubbed covers, loose binding, and loose leaves. Handwritten meeting minutes of Union Baptist Church (1866), a typewritten cataloging note (1977), membership rolls and handwritten meeting minutes of Union Baptist Church (1892) on loose-leaf paper sheets are also included.
