The Professional Development Center is a collective resource between the Office of the Provost and the Human Resources Department. The Center works to enhance the overall educational mission of the institution by creating a learning community that supports faculty and staff. Topics covered by trainings includes performance management, cultivating professional competencies, leadership development, wellbeing, recruitment, remote working, and antiracism educational resources. As of 2024, the Center is led by William Gentry.
