The Wake Forest University Charlotte, North Carolina, Campus was established in 2012 as a result of the growing student population. The School of Business has many MBA programs, such as a masters in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy. The Charlotte School of Professional Studies is in the same location and also offers many masters programs, such as a masters of Health Administration and masters of Educational Leadership. The Wake Forest University School of Medicine has an instructional site in Charlotte for third and fourth year medical students located near the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. Biographical and Historical Note

The Wake Forest University Charlotte Campus was established in 2012 as a result of the growing population student population. The Charlotte Campus is located in the former International Trade Center. The School of Business has many MBA programs, such as a masters in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accountancy. The Charlotte School of Professional Studies is in the same location and also offers many masters programs, such as a masters of Health Administration and masters of Educational Leadership. The Wake Forest University School of Medicine also has an instructional site in Charlotte for third and fourth year medical students. The campus located less than three quarters of a mile away from Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center where students are sent for clerkship rotations.
