This collection document the work of faculty and staff members in this school. Materials in this collection include email announcements, papers, and programs.</abstract> </did> <bioghist id="ref5"> <head>Historical Note</head> <p>The Wake Forest University School of Divinity admitted its first students in 1999. In 1998, the first faculty members were appointed by Board of Trustees. These four faculty members were Dr. Phyllis Trible, Dr. E. Frank Tupper, Reverend Samuel Weber, and Dr. Bill J. Leonard, who was the School's inaugural Dean. In the 2018-2019 school year, the Divinity School has 15 full-time faculty and two shared University professors. The student to faculty ratio is 7:1. The faculty come from 11 states, 2 countries, 15 undergraduate colleges and universities, 14 masters programs, and 13 doctoral programs.</p> </bioghist> <scopecontent id="ref6"> <head>Collection Overview</head> <p>This collection documents work of WFU's School of Divinity faculty and staff members.
