      <p>Z. Smith Reynolds Library's Employee Association promotes employee and library welfare by organizing activities. The association collects dues from library staff and faculty to support its work. Association leadership consists of a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer. In addition to organizing a couple of annual employee parties, the association arranges for volunteer opportunities and facilitates memorial, bereavement, birth, adoption, and illness related gifts.</p>
