      <head>Historical Note</head>
      <p>Wake Forest University students publish materials on campus outside of  <title render="italic"><part>Old Gold and Black</part></title> newspaper and <title render="italic"><part>The Howler</part></title> yearbook. Some publications become long-standing University groups, while others are more ephemeral. <title render="italic"><part>Poor Horatio</part></title> was a literary magazine esablished in 1998 by Heather Chappell and Erin Nesbit. The Media is a student-run digital media group that was founded in 2016.</p>
