Biographical and Historical Note
Wake Forest University offers outlets for students, particulary in the form of student groups led by undergraduates. Wake Forest currently has more than 200 chartered student organizations on campus. These organizations consist of service groups, political groups,Greek life, interest groups, and ethnic or religious organizations. In addition, the University Wellbeing Center offers fitness equipment, fitness class, club sports, and intramural sports. In addition to more formal gatherings and groups, Wake Forest University's heavily residential campus leads to many casual social gatherings and experiences.
