Collection Overview

This series documents the progression of the Darryl Hunt trials through hand-written notes, interviews, drafts and records that include trial preparation and strategy, investigation details, and personal reflections collected and written by Mark Rabil and other defense attorneys. It contains notebooks, outlines, memos, and notated transcripts and witness statements. Material ranges in date from 1983 to 2006. The series is in alphabetical order, with notes and some other materials types clustered at the end.
