- John Graham Williard served as acting treasurer (1966-1967) treasurer (1968-1976) and vice president for financial affairs (1976-1994). Materials relate to bequests, the Board of Trustees, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, the construction of the Babcock School of Business, the Fine Arts Center and other campus buildings, deeds of trusts, investments, foundations, rental and leased properties, real estate, the CAUSE Grant, and other financial concerns of the college and university.
- Talcott Wait Brewer was the great-grandson of the University's first presient, Samuel Wait, who served as University treasurer from about 1912-1958. Materials include North Carolina Baptist Students Aid Fund, later known as the James W. Denmark Loan Fund, record books, College Board of Trustees and committees meeting agendas, notes, and related materials, and items related to propoerty bequests to the Univeristy and their settlements.
