Many minutes are missing: 1922, 1924-1925, 1927-1934; and portions of 1923 and 1926.</p> </scopecontent> <bioghist id="ref4"> <head>Biographical/Historical note</head> <p>Pine Fork Baptist Church is located 3 miles southwest of Whitehead on Highway #18, Alleghany County, North Carolina. The church was constituted in October, 1898. The first building, 1898-1950, was a one-room frame structure, 28' x 40', with a seating capacity of 200. It was dedicated in 1898 and repaired in 1925. A brick structure was built in 1950. The first resident clergyman was Reverend Calie Blevins, 1899.
