This collection contains minute books, membership lists, and financial records.</abstract> <langmaterial><language langcode="eng">English</language> . </langmaterial> </did> <bioghist id="aspace_9b0c6ac486cc1c3d0a7cf2e5f98bee16"> <head>Historical Note</head> <p>The Little Conetoe Creek Primitive Baptist Church is located eight miles southeast of Tarboro, N.C. The church was constituted July 18, 1803 by Elders Joseph Biggs, Jonathan Chery, and Joshua Barnes. The church had formerly been an arm of Flat Swamp (1776). The church was admitted into the Kehukee Association in 1803. It is handwritten in a hardcover notebook which has loose binding and leaves, and stains on the yellowed paper.
