Z. Smith Reynolds Library's Resource Services Department acquires and organizes the physical and digital materials of the library. This collection includes policies, cataloging manuals, book lists, shared resources agreements, and administrative files.
Biographical and Historical Note
Z. Smith Reynolds Library's Resource Services department acquiries, organizes, and provides access to a broad range of materials in all formats, physical and digital, that are essential to the University's academic programs and that support faculty's research needs of the faculty. As of 2023, Resource Services is comprised of three teams: Collection Management, Acquisitions and Description, and Continuing Resources and Database Management.
Collection Overview
This collection includes policies, cataloging manuals, book lists, administrative files, and shared resources agreements with organizations such as the HathiTrust and the Association of Southeastern Research Libraries (ASERL).
