- Annie G. Harris was a resident of Wake Forest, N.C., and the leaders of the Calvin Jones Restoration Club. This collection contains correspondence, form letters, clippings, and brochures relating to the preservation of the Calvin Jones House in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and the Wake Forest Birthplace Society, Inc. 1955-1979.
- Hubert McNeill Poteat (1886-1958) was an alumnus of (1906) and Wake Forest College professor of Latin and head of the Classics Department (1912-1956). He was also an author, organist, and a member of the Sudan Temple of the Shrine. This collection reflects Poteat's personal and professional interests, including copies of his writings and speeches, a photograph, a notebook (circa 1907), and excerpts of Mrs. Wilma Parrish's journal describing Poteat's funeral in 1958.
