- Luther Rice Mills had many roles at Wake Forest College. He served as adjuct professor (1867-1871), professor of mathematics (1871-1907), bursar of the college (1876-1907), and agent for the Board of Education (1876-1880). This collection consists of Bostwick Loan Fund contracts and papers, promissary notes to Wake Forest, receipts, and professional correspondence from 1886-1892.
- Irving E. Carlyle was an alumnus of Wake Forest College (1917) who became a lawyer in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and trustee of Wake Forest College and Bowman Gray School of Medicine, later Wake Forest University School of Medicine. His papers contain personal, legal, and financial records, subject files, and other files relating to his service to Wake Forest University and Bowman Gray School of Medicine. The files contain extensive correspondence with leading politicial figures in North Carolina. Also included is information on the relocation of the College from Wake Forest, N.C., to the Winston-Salem campus.
- Reid Morgan is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Wake Forest University. Morgan holds two degrees from Wake Forest University: a BA (1975) and a JD (1979) and previously served as the Sequicentennial Coordinator. Materials include correspondence, budgets, event schedules, and documentation regarding the Sesquicentennial production "Visions and Dreams."
- John Graham Williard served as acting treasurer (1966-1967) treasurer (1968-1976) and vice president for financial affairs (1976-1994). Materials relate to bequests, the Board of Trustees, Bowman Gray School of Medicine, the construction of the Babcock School of Business, the Fine Arts Center and other campus buildings, deeds of trusts, investments, foundations, rental and leased properties, real estate, the CAUSE Grant, and other financial concerns of the college and university.
- Worth Hart Copeland was the treasurer of Wake Forest from 1958-1965. This collection contains his records and files as treasurer, 1958-1965, dealing with bequests, the , , insurance, faculty new housing in Winston-Salem, scholarships, memorials, and foundations.
