FAQ
How long does it take to get something through Interlibrary Loan?
Plan ahead. Article requests are usually filled in 2-4 days. Physical items take a bit longer – a week to 10 days. (Note: Requests for rare or unique materials can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.)
How do I renew ILL materials?
You can submit renewal requests by logging in to your account. Requests for renewals should be made at least 2 days before the due date. Whether the renewal request is granted and for how long is up to the lending library.
Why am I blocked from using Interlibrary Loan?
You may be blocked if you have ILL items more than 45 days overdue or ILL items that have been recalled and you did not return them as requested. In addition to be blocked from using ILL services, you will also be blocked from checking out other library materials.
