What We Do

The mission of the Z. Smith Reynolds Library is to help our students, faculty, and staff succeed. To do this, we provide unparalleled service in managing, delivering, and teaching the use of library resources, scholarly content, and information technology.

Books & More

We want to get you the information you need when you need it. You can search our catalog, databases, and journals to find the right resource. If we don’t have it, we can get it: see ILL for more information.

Need that book a little longer? Not to worry – you can renew online.

If you have questions about your account or need help finding something on the shelf, stop by the Circulation Desk on Reynolds 2 or contact us.

Research & More

If you have a research question or want to know how to use the library and its resources, we can help. Visit the Reference Desk on Wilson 4 or:

Many of our research tools are online, including our citation guides and subject guides. For more help and other resources, see research help.

We also teach several sections of a one-hour Information Literacy course each semester. See LIB100 for more information.

Technology & More

The library provides many technology services, including equipment checkout and technology instruction. The library also has a digital media lab for WFU faculty, staff, and student use.

For computer repair and other technology problems, see The Bridge.

If you have questions or need help, please contact us at (336) 758-5475.
