If ZSR doesn’t have it, Interlibrary Loan can get it. We get articles, books, and other materials from libraries across the country. Log in now and submit a request!
Free, Quick, & Easy
Interlibrary Loan is provided free of charge to WFU faculty, students, and staff. Physical materials may be picked up at the Z. Smith Reynolds Library circulation desk. If you are a faculty or staff member on Reynolda Campus, you may request office delivery through ZSR Delivers. Electronic articles will be emailed directly to you.
How long does it take to get something through ILL?
We will make every attempt to process your request within 48 hours. After your request has been processed, most materials will be available for pickup within 1 week. Articles are delivered electronically, usually within 3-7 days. (Note: Requests for rare or unique materials can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.)
How do I renew ILL materials?
You can submit renewal requests by logging in to your ILL account. Requests for renewals should be made at least 2 days before the due date. Normally, only one renewal is granted.
Why am I blocked from using ILL?
You may be blocked if you have ILL items more than 14 days overdue or ILL items that have been recalled and you did not return them as requested. In addition to be blocked from using ILL services, you will also be blocked from checking out other library materials.
What is Interlibrary Loan?
