On Saturday, October 10, the library will host the second annual Wake the Library 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run. This Homecoming Weekend event, which is open to members of the WFU and greater Winston-Salem communities, will start at ZSR at 8 a.m. with the Fun Run. The 5K will begin at 8:30 a.m. The race route will wind through campus and Reynolda Gardens and will finish back at the library. We will host several challenges including a Homecoming challenge for the reunion classes ending in 4s and 9s, as well as a Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools challenge. Check online for information and a registration form. Please join us for this fun-filled fundraiser to support the library’s end of semester programming.
