On Sunday, March 24th, the ZSR Library participated in the WFU Spring Equinox Celebration. This annual festive gathering of people, plants, and animals is hosted by the Office of Sustainability at the Campus Garden on Polo Road to kick off Wake Forest’s campuswide Earth Month. This was the third festival where ZSR had a table, and between 4 and 6 p.m., we gave away 48 ZSR planters and over 50 books curated from our little free library collection related to the theme of sustainability while increasing awareness of the three little free libraries that ZSR supports and reminding students that Wake the Library is coming! Thanks to ZSR Ambassador, Hope Nitsche for working the event and to Meghan Webb for establishing ZSR’s presence at this annual (and very fun) event!

Thanks for doing this Hu (and Hope)! I’m glad that we continue to support these efforts on campus and promote our great little free libraries!
Awesome! What a cool idea!
I’m loving how ideas came together!
