AAPI Celebration

Tuesday, April 23 from 6-8 p.m. in Manchester Plaza

Join us in celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month at Wake Forest! While AAPI Heritage Month is nationally observed in May, the Wake Forest community is coming together in April to honor and uplift AAPI cultures and contributions.

Hosted by Culturality, this event will feature food trucks, delicious cuisine, and dynamic performances that showcase the diversity and richness of AAPI cultures. Various campus organizations will have tables with engaging activities, giveaways, and resources.

ZSR’s table with be celebrating Asian and AAPI voices in literature. Grab something tasty and stop by to get:

  • color-your-own bookmarks featuring Asian and AAPI titles from the library’s collection,
  • librarian-curated book lists featuring Asian and AAPI authors,
  • and ZSR swag!
