Through the generous donation of the Walt Disney Company, Wake Forest faculty and staff now enjoy access to the rich teaching, reference, research, and professional development material from the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) as “Client Side Marketer” members — the highest tier of membership within the nation’s largest professional association of brands and advertisers. Many thanks to Disney for their generous donation, made possible through the initiative of Dr. Jia Li, Robinson-Lightcap Faculty Fellow and Associate Professor of Marketing at the Wake Forest School of Business, which enabled access to this resource for the entire University.

  • Pull content from and stay informed via ANA Magazine, providing coverage of B2B, B2C and social impact trends as well as expert insights from contributing partners and more.
  • Utilize ANA’s personalized ASK: Research Service feature to get your most pressing marketing questions answered by a dedicated team of ANA analysts and researchers. This service results in a customized report using ANA content and other licensed resources.

Via ANA, grow your own marketing skills by:

  • Taking advantage of On Demand Training, accessing ANA’s high-value-on demand training workshops on your own time and at your own pace. Includes access to ANA certificate programs.
  • Access to ANA Podcasts and free virtual access to ANA’s National Industry Conferences

Resources for Student Support Staff

Although access to our ANA content is restricted to Wake Forest faculty and staff, there are some special benefits available to our students at the recommendation of faculty or staff:

  • Two Certification programs listed within “On Demand Training” can be made available to students at no cost to them, at the request of a Wake Forest faculty or staff member.
    • CAMS (Certificated ANA Marketing Student), a 17-hour self-paced online course covering the breadth of marketing, designed specifically for university students.
    • MarTech Foundations Certificate, an 8-hour self-paced online course covering the basics of MarTech (Marketing Technology).

Email one of our Business Librarians or Judy Paul (jp@aef.com), our ANA representative, to get the process started.

  • If you have students interested in marketing-related internships be sure to share ANA’s MADE Internship program with them. MADE functions as the “Common App” of marketing & advertising internships. A MADE candidate is matched with potentially dozens of (paid) internship opportunities at ANA partner companies based on traits such as critical thinking and leadership potential.
