First Five: ZSR Early Career Faculty Workshop Series 2026-27
First Five is a workshop series specifically for early career faculty and is open to faculty at all ranks who are in their first five years at WFU. These workshops have two goals: 1) to share how you can collaborate with ZSR Librarians on your teaching and research and 2) to provide space for you to connect with other WFU colleagues. This year’s topics are:
- Uncovering ZSR Resources for your Courses: October 6 – 12:15-1:30pm, ZSR 665
- Designing Research Assignments with AI in Mind: October 28 – 12:15-1:30pm, ZSR 665
- Expanding your Research Toolkit: An Introduction to Evidence Synthesis: February 23 – 12:15-1:30pm, ZSR 665
- Open Access Publishing at WFU: April 6 – 12:15-1:30pm, ZSR 665
