How do digital tools and methods enhance or change research methods? How can born-digital items be created to ensure future use? What are the best ways to document the process and progress of a collaborative digital project? ZSR’s Digital Initiatives and Scholarly Communications team can assist in addressing such questions that typically come up in digital scholarship projects.
To best support faculty research, DISC thinks of each project as a series of manageable steps in a long-term process. We’ve created an interactive Research Pathway graphic to illustrate this process, which is now available on the DISC homepage. Each step along the pathway includes a brief description of that stage of research, and a pop-out box with more information on specific tools, methods, and the guidance that DISC can provide for that phase of the project.
Please explore the research pathway and contact any member of DISC to schedule a consultation to talk more about ways we can assist in your research process.
