The ZSR Recognitions: Thank a Colleague! program provides an opportunity for employees to submit a note of thanks to their colleagues. These can be for going above and beyond, helping a job get done, general appreciation, or any reason thanks can be given! Here are those who’ve been recognized in the past month.
Barry Davis | Barry resolved audio problems in a conference room to allow me to join in a Zoom call remotely. He tried more than one speaker and found one that optimized the experience for me! Thanks for your knowledge and readiness to help, Barry! | Mary Beth Lock |
Beth Tedford | When I had a tour of 32 people suddenly and unexpectedly ask to see SC&A, I was able to call Megan and they accommodated the group with 10 minutes notice! (apologies and THANKS!) | Hu Womack |
Daisha Bunn | Daisha, who came up with the name “Take Care Tuesdays”, has worked all of these evening events, getting to know students, and helping us inform students of the PaperCut system, Occuspace and the Waitz app, and more! Many thanks for this support, Daisha! | Hubert Womack |
Employee Development and Recognition Committee | Thank you for the thoughtful process you took in rebranding and modifying the Dedicated Deacons program! | Tim Pyatt |
Kevin Gilbertson | Will and Kevin went above and beyond determining why DeaconSpace and the Monitor next to ZSR 204 were not displaying the same content! This would not have been so easily resolved without their quick and determined action! | Hubert Womack |
Linda Ziglar | Linda went above and beyond in helping one of my WRI faculty track down some hard-to-find materials for their spring 2023 courses. Thanks again Linda for all of your efforts in obtaining these texts! | Meghan Webb |
Megan Mulder | When I had a tour of 32 people suddenly and unexpectedly ask to see SC&A, I was able to call Megan and they accommodated the group with 10 minutes notice! (apologies and THANKS!) | Hu Womack |
Travis Manning | When packages meant for students were mis-delivered to ZSR, and I found them sitting out front next to the book drop, I asked Travis if he would grab them on a book truck and bring them inside. He not only grabbed them but also took them to Benson so they could be delivered to the students correctly. I appreciate your care and concern, Travis! Thanks for going above and beyond the call of duty! | Mary Beth |
Will Clarke | Will and Kevin went above and beyond determining why DeaconSpace and the Monitor next to ZSR 204 were not displaying the same content! This would not have been so easily resolved without their quick and determined action! | Hubert Womack |
