Community Research Instruction Policy

The librarians of the Z. Smith Reynolds Library works with a limited number of local high schools to provide instructional support for advanced research projects that benefit from access to a university library. This service is based on librarian availability and the demands of the academic semester. As a general rule, we do not schedule outside groups during peak times in the academic calendar, for example, midterms and finals. Due to a limited number of computer workstations and other space concerns, students will need to bring their own devices. We request that when you bring a group to the library that an adult be present for every 15 students.
