Impact Statement Request Forms
Department Heads are encouraged to request an impact statement from the library in the early stages of planning a new program or when new faculty are hired.
Library impact statements help assess the level of service and quality of collections needed for supporting new initiatives or faculty members.
Impact statements can be included in grant proposals.
To request an impact statement, please check with your library liaison and complete the appropriate form to provide us with some details. Submit the form to Carol Cramer in Collection Management.
