Reproductions
Libraries and archives are authorized to provide photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material only under certain conditions, one of which is that the reproduction is to be used for private study, scholarship, or research only. Special Collections & Archives reserves the right to refuse any duplication request that would involve a possible copyright infringement.
Reproduction
All photocopying, scanning, or other reproduction is done by Special Collections & Archives or Digitization Lab staff. All reproductions require the requestor to fill out our Request to Cite, Quote, or Publish form.
Scans will be provided at no cost to patrons, but donations of any amount are always welcome; our mailing address follows below. To accommodate all patron scan requests, we do limit requests to 25 pages or fewer.
Mailing address: WFU Z. Smith Reynolds Library, Special Collections & Archives, P.O. Box 7777, 1834 Wake Forest Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27109.
Reproduction requests are subject to the approval of the Special Collections & Archives staff. Requests for duplication of materials are evaluated on a case by case basis. Requests may be denied if the material is restricted, if duplication would cause physical damage to the item, if the request would involve copyright infringement, or if the staff has any reason to believe that the patron will not comply with our use and citation requirements.
