Join us for a book talk with local historian and author Marcia Phillips as she discusses her latest work, The Regulator Movement in North Carolina, Prelude to the Revolution.

Phillips manages the History Room Collection for Davie County and serves as a Metadata Specialist for Wake Forest University Special Collections & Archive in the North Carolina Baptist Historical Collection. Published by Arcadia under The History Press, her research uncovers little-known regional history, including her earlier work Historic Shallow Ford in Yadkin Valley.
