Dutchman's Creek Baptist Church was organized October 5, 1772, with ten constituent members. William Cook was elected pastor. This collection consists of minutes (including typescript copies of vols. 1 and 2) of church conferences from Oct. 5, 1772 to 1924, including membership rolls. Additionally, it contains copies of the Church's records in manuscript and typescript. Other church records consist of assessment lists for the pastor's salary, cemetery inscriptions, church history, and records of the Woman's Missionary Society, 1885-87.

This collection contains a Euzelian Literary Society lapel pin, Greek, Latin, Chemistry and Zoology notebooks, and an 1890 Wake Forest College commencement program. One notebook appears to have belonged to brother Thomas Finley Coffey.
