Across the past semester, I and an intrepid group of student workers have been spending time making collections fully available via our collection inventories, also known as finding aids, available online. We processed or added new materials to the following manuscript and University record collections during the last semester:
- G. McLeod (Mac) Bryan Papers (MS364)
- Jean Ring Cude Papers (MS858)
- Board of Trustees Records, 1923-Present (RG2.1)
- Student Government Records (RG8.19)
Additionally, the following finding aids have been updated since last semester:
- Fayetteville, Cumberland County, N.C., Account Books (MS1)
- John Thomas Alderman Papers (MS2)
- Walter Eugene Daniel Papers (MS4)
- John Berry Papers (MS5)
- William Phillips Biddle Papers (MS6)
- Bill of Sale for Slave Mary Afferline, between Isaac Winston and L.G. Ligen (MS7)
- Alexander Bell Smith Papers (MS107)
- James D. Wilkins, Senior, Papers (MS161)
- Samuel Spach Dalton and Family Papers (MS545)
- Laurence Stallings Papers (MS582)
- Maya Angelou Film and Theater Collection (MS597)
- Board of Trustees Records, 1834-1997 (RG2.2)
- Vertical Files (Printed Materials) Collection (RG15)
More new finding aids will be published during this coming semester, and expect another list of fresh collection finding aids in May!
